Delivery Information for the UK
Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. We provide delivery options through Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD. Please note that any indicated delivery timeframe reflects our aim, not a guarantee, both from us and our shipping partners.

* Exceptions apply for Bank Holidays: If a Bank Holiday falls on a Friday, orders for Next Day Saturday delivery must be placed before 12 noon on Thursday.
General Posting - please read
- Orders must be received by 12 noon. If you miss the deadline please call us on 07710 607007 as we may still be able to despatch it.
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and at the weekend will not arrive until the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays and then the order will be delivered on a Wednesday. Please note these are not guaranteed services.
- Kindly be advised if you're unavailable during the delivery attempt and then fail to collect your parcel from your local post point, resulting in its return to us, please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
- If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together
- Personalised products are not eligible for Next Day Delivery, as they require a production time of up to 7 working days.
- If your order has NOT arrived this must be reported to us within 10 days of placing your order , so that we can investigate.

Delivery to NORTHERN IRELAND & EUROPE
We are so sorry but as of 13th December 2024 we are no longer able to ship items to Northern Ireland or Europe due to updated EU regulation GPSR coming into effect on that date.
