I was happy to find the bear at the original price. Out of stock everywhere else.

Disappointed

I ordered this bear for my granddaughters birthday. To ensure I had it on time I paid a premium price for delivery. Given the price of the bear and postage this wasn’t cheap. What I will say is that she was delighted with the bear. It is absolutely beautiful. The low score was for the very shabby packaging. I was expecting the bear to arrive in a bag or a nice presentation box. Instead it was squashed, roughly wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a very standard brown box. As a result I had to go and buy a gift bag and tissue paper before I gave it to her. Not what I was expecting !!!

Hi Carol, we are sorry you were unhappy with our packaging. We send all our products wrapped carefully in tissue in a card box. Jellycat do not come with presentation boxes or gift bags. I am sorry you did not realise this before purchasing.
