Thursday 19th December - Tracked 48 (orders must be placed before 12pm)
Friday 20th December - Premium Delivery - (orders must be placed before 12pm)
Orders placed after 12pm on Frday 20th December wil not be despatched until 27th December
DPD
Monday 23rd December – last collection for Christmas Eve delivery (ordrs must be placed before 12pm)
Orders placed after 12pm on the 23th December will not be despatched until the 27th December.
We offer Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD delivery. If a delivery timeframe is offered, please be aware this is our aim and not a guarantee from ourselves and our shipping partners. We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, dispatch times may be subject to delays.
PLEASE NOTE: If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together

General Posting
Orders must be received by 12 noon. If you miss the deadline please call us on 07710 607007 as we may still be able to despatch it.
1. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and at the weekend will not arrive until the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays and then the order will be delivered on a Wednesday. Please note these are not guaranteed services.
3. If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together
4. Personalised products are NOT eligible for Next Day Delivery, if you choose this option we will send it Next Day but this will not reduce the lead time just the delivery time.
